Sunny Spain… but not for long

Hopefully you saw the guest post with Catherine King last week – if you didn’t please take a look. No guest post this week but there are some writerly related posts coming. In the meantime I thought I’d share some photos of the holiday that my husband and I had in Spain last week, which was very sunny … before the torrential rain set in!

Not withstanding that, we managed to go to the beach, do lots of walking, drink gallons of Sangria, take in a medieval show at a castle (where I supported the Green Knight in the jousting not only because we were sitting in the green stands but because he was ridiculously handsome) and go to Barcelona for a day, where we went round the glorious and colourful food market, mooched up and down La Ramblas, had a drink on the Marina and discovered a pub with an indoor ‘forest’ and waterfalls! Hope you enjoy the photos.

See you next Wednesday when I will be doing a post about The Next Big Thing, answering ten questions about my current WIP and tagging five other writers to do this post the following week.

Until then, happy writing, Nikki.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun Nikki. My brother lives in Valencia and the photos he posted of the storm looked quite scary! Look forward to your post on Wednesday x
